We have used several companies to clean our homes prior to listing them on the market.  Josh works very diligently and is one of the most polite people you will encounter.  He genuinely cares about the job he does and the results he provides.  As a Realtor we clean all of our homes floors and carpets before putting them on the market.  I can't tell you how many times the homeowner looks at Josh's finished work and says the house looks beautiful now, maybe I won't sell...potential buyers come in and see clean carpet, new grout (just clean) and flooring that sparkle makes our jobs of selling so much easier.  We recommend Josh and Axiom for all of your carpet cleaning and flooring needs.

“Everything we wanted and more.”

I've had my carpet for 6 years and have never had it or my tile cleaned (my bad and no we are not a completely gross family...).  It was filthy and embarrassing, and had multiple pet and dirt stains.  In our office it smelled really bad of urine from our dog.  We were long overdue for a very deep cleaning.  I found Josh and after reviewing his 5 star yelp status gave him a call.

He immediately answered and listened to me explain the state of my carpet and tile.  He assured me the issues could be addressed with a deep cleaning with pet odor removal. I asked him if he could put a protectant on the carpet and seal the grout.  Again, he made me feel confident that this would be done well.  I also asked him about air-duct cleaning.  I have been having some serious medical issues and thought that contaminants in my ducts may have something to do with it.  He said he would send a camera into my ducts and let me know what he saw before scheduling this service.

When he arrived (on time!) he quickly looked at my ducts and told me they were actually great and that I didn't need that service right now.  Wow!  He could have so easily used a scare tactic saying that he saw all sorts of contaminants and of course I would have had him do this service as well.  When I commented to him how impressed I was with his honesty he just said that he is in it for the long haul, relies on word of mouth and doesn't recommend unnecessary services.  Needless to say I was so impressed!

He did an excellent job on my carpets; they look great!  My tile is cleaner than I can remember.  It was late when he finished everything so he came back the next morning to seal the grout and stain guard the carpet.  He would have done it that
night but gave us the option to decide.

I think what most impressed me about Josh was his honesty and the quality of his work.  He is not that stereotypical carpet cleaner that says he'll do your house for $69 and then raises the price to $300 once he arrives.  Josh will give you a fair and honest quote and then stick to it.  I highly recommend Josh and will definitely feel comfortable referring him to my friends and family.

I thought about renting a carpet cleaning machine and doing it ourselves but with a full time job and full time school finding the time seemed unlikely. I checked out yelp and called Josh. He was great. He gave  a quote over the phone and was able to schedule the same weekend. Arrived on time and stayed true to the price. Our carpet looks land smells like new! The pet stains are all gone! We will definitely use him in the future.
